Mat Kearney

These were the Capri Suns I gave to Mat and Tyler.

After a short discussion on whether they had an expiration date, Mat handed it over to his manager guy and said [and I quote] "Here, save this."

Kaboom.

What a wonderful man.

No but seriously.

He was one of the most genuine artists I've met.

Just a rock solid man with some sweet kicks.

The sole purpose of this picture was to see if Tyler was married.

Obviously he is. Oh well haha.

Tyler told me and Lisa all about how there used to be a guy in the band who would always wear shorts and flip flops.

To restaurants, in the winter, and to every concert obviously.
Now we're insiders to a band joke! I guess everyone else is now too since you've read this.

Oh man.

Overall this was one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

Mat Kearney sounds even better live than he does on a cd.

I just stood in awe. What a gosh dang talented person.

I'm so grateful I was able to meet him.

Something I won't forget :)
