{some days i love you...}

{...others i want to sell you to the mob.}
[Oh, how I love you Meryn]
[haha]

A friend told me that I should make today the best day of my life. Why not :) I started my day in my bible during breakfast which always puts me in a better mood. I'm starting Lamentations, it's slightly depressing so far, but Teea told me the last chapter are full of hope and encouragement.
We were running late to school [hence selling Meryn to the mob haha] but I still managed to grab my travel mug and fill it with hot water in McDermott's before 1st hour. We chatted about biscotti, and then I headed off to Economics. I carefully chose my first tea of the day. Double Bergamot Earl Grey Black Tea. Yummy. My mythoogy teacher calling Darth Vader "Darth" sure made me smile.
Quinton and I went on a field trip to find brownie bites and a side salad.
Success. Taco Time brownies are like tator tots. but brownies. crunchy on the outside, and warm and soft on the inside. I highly recommend them :) [note that I only ate one, and they are bite-size, so small, so few calories? haha who cares]
Sloan took me to lunch and we were thinkin Arbys. As I chomped down on my side salad, Sloan ate his Arby's goodness. When we left I rang the "Good Service" bell at the door simply because I had that child-like impulse. But I heard a faint "thank you!" yelled after me as we walked out. That made me feel good :)
Tennis practice was great, as always, and it was another amazingly beautiful day outside.
After a delicious dinner I went and turbo sculpted with Teea. Wow was that hard. It feels so great excercising though.
I applied for housing at WSU finally, and overall was completely satisfied with my day. God directed me to this verse today, and I've decided that it's one I want to live for.
Proverbs 11:25
A generous man will prosper;
he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

So maybe it wasn't the "best" day of my life, but I sure made it a fantastic fun-filled one, and don't regret a thing. Thanks Kirbs.

  1. Why is Lamentations so short? I hear it's because God was tired of lamenting. Joke? Maybe. Clever? Surely. Biscotti cookies?? Turbo sculpting? a.k.a getting yoked? haha
