Yesterday at YoungLife Gary brought something up that I hadn't thought about before.
Jesus came down to this earth so that he could go through everything that we go through.
Never can we say to God:
"You don't know what it's like to be abused."
"You don't know what it's like to be a teenager."
"You don't know what it's like to be poor."
But he does.
He's been through it all.
And he did it for us.
He is not a God you need to spend time trying to impress.
He's seeking us out. He came down to this corrupted world so he could understand us.
Feel what we feel.
Relate to us.
Now how cool is that?
